    • Silver Fox Inn, 70 Packards Rd, Waterville Valley, NH 03215
    Register

Join us for another 5-night, all-inclusive vacation at Waterville Valley!

The downhill ski mountain has all levels of skiing from Greens to Blacks and several nice places for lunch, which is the only time you will need money during your entire trip.

The Ski Touring Center is world-class and is within walking distance to our hotel. It has an excellent reputation for all levels of skiers, from beginners to experienced.

There are also several areas that offer free snowshoeing and winter hiking.

We have reserved every room in the Hotel so anyone you see is either Staff or a TOHG member. I am told that the hotel has gone through a series of updates and that the ”rooms look amazing”

The Silver Fox Inn is conveniently located in Town Square within walking distance to most everything in Town Square as well as the Cross-Country Touring Center. Most of the rooms offer two queen beds and there is a limited number of king beds for those who would prefer a king bed. Included in the rates is a shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes with a convenient pickup and drop location at the end of the hotel parking lot.

The area also has the White Mountain Athletic Club; there will be an additional charge to gain access. The club has indoor pools, jacuzzi, indoor tennis courts, free weights and weight room, cardio room, one hour of open skating time at the ice arena, and more.

We are planning a Pizza Party on the night of our arrival to be held in a very convenient gathering space, which again is BYOB and is included in the price of the room.

The Hotel does not have a liquor license so we will be allowed to have BYOB for all activities at the hotel. We are planning to have a Après Ski Party each day before dinner where we can enjoy appetizers, water, wine, beer, or the drink of your choice, alcoholic or non-alcoholic. Again, all of the above will be supplied by TOHG.

The all-inclusive price for the 5 nights includes the Sunday night Pizza Party, 5 breakfasts and 4 dinners in the dining room as well as snacks and drinks. So, all of your daily expenses should be covered except for lunches. (Note: it’s perfectly fine to bring any soft drinks, wine, or beer from Après Ski to dinner with you.)

Lodging and Meals: (check-in Sunday, check-out Friday)

    • Double Occupancy: $605.00 (USD) per person
    • Single Occupancy:  $1,025.00 (USD) per person

    Lift Tickets

    • Three days out of five $167.00 (USD) for those who want to do both downhill and cross-country
    • Four days out of five $222.00 (USD)
    • 80+ Ski for free

Downhill skiers are required to wear ski helmets on all club sponsored trips.

    Cross Country Passes

The cost for the Cross-Country Touring Center has not been set for this year yet. Passes must be purchased separately at the Touring Center. The prices will be firmed up towards Thanksgiving.

NOTE: in past years all of the rooms have sold out quickly, so please register soon to reserve your spot.

Please register online at tohg.org. Payment by credit card only by November 30th to reserve your spot.  Note that each trip participant must register separately online.

Cancellations:  You may cancel your registration through November 30, 2026 without penalty (less a 3% processing fee). Cancellations after that date are not refundable unless a paid replacement is found. Please see full Cancellation Policy on the TOHG website.

The club is continuing our wonderful tradition of sojourning to the ski-in/ski-out Grand Summit Hotel at Sunday River.  The resort offers the most terrain in the East with a network that spans eight mountain peaks, providing great options for skiers of all ability levels. In recent years, Sunday River has added two state-of-the-art high-speed and heated bubble chair lifts to make your skiing experience even more comfortable.  Additionally, the hotel offers two large hot tubs and an outdoor pool for those wanting to soothe their muscles at the end of a day on the slopes.

In addition to great downhill skiing, there are myriad wonderful cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and winter hiking options at the nearby Bethel Inn and Carter’s Cross Country Ski areas.

Lodging: We’ve reserved deluxe suites which historically have comfortably accommodated four people.  Each suite consists of a bedroom side with two queen beds, and a kitchenette side which is shared for meals with a Murphy bed and pull-out sofa bed.  The sides are separated by a door and each have their own private bathroom. Requests for roommates and room style (bedroom or kitchen side) will be addressed on the online registration form.

If you wish to book a room that does not require sharing the kitchenette please reach out to the trip leaders and we will check into availability and pricing.

Per tradition, we will also have nightly social hours, either in one of the suites or by the fireplace in the lower lobby.
