We will return to the deluxe suites at the ski-out/ski-in Grand Summit Hotel. The suites (for four people) have a bedroom side with two queen beds and a kitchenette side with a Murphy bed and a sofa bed.  Each side has its own private bathroom.   This trip welcomes cross-country skiers (who enjoy skiing at the Bethel Inn or Carter’s cross-country areas) and snowshoers.

The double occupancy per person package cost is $344 which includes 5 nights lodging (Sunday thru Thursday), a Sunday Night pizza party at the White Cap BrewHaus and a Tuesday evening buffet at the Grand Summit.  Single occupancy adds $264 to the package cost.  Adding a 5-day senior (65+) lift ticket (Mon – Fri) adds $235 while a 4-day senior lift ticket (Mon – Thurs) adds $205 to the trip cost.  When a 4 or 5-day lift ticket is purchased, one complimentary Adult Perfect Turn Clinic is included with your pass.  Sunday River is one of the New England ski areas included in the new “IKON PASS” (see www.ikonpass.com for other areas included).

To assure your reservation, a package payment of $344 per person must be made on or before 11/1/2018 with an additional payment, if you wish to include lift tickets, of $235 for a 5-day pass or $205 for 4-day pass.  If using the credit card option at registration, payment in full (package and lift tickets) is required when registering.  If paying by check, a check for $344 pp must be sent at the time of registration.  If lift tickets are requested, a final check must be received by 12/15/2018.  There are a limited number of spaces available.  All requests for roommates and room style (bedroom or kitchen side) will be addressed based on the order on-line registrations are done and package payment is received.  Final rooming assignments will be provided mid-January 2019.  All checks should be made out to TOHG and sent to Allan G.
