Join us for a cool ride as the temperatures climb and we bike from Salem NH to Derry NH. This trail is mostly shaded, and as we pass through several rock cuts on the trail the temperature drops making for a cooler ride.  This is a paved trail suitable for all bikes.  Approx 20 miles round trip  This is an interesting ride as we will pass the former railroad station and B&M caboose in Windham, Hood Park in Derry and we are likely to see turtles sunbathing along the route.

 Meet at parking lot across the street from Tuscan Kitchen 67 Main St., Salem NH.  Look for the orange Subaru!  This parking lot is a little tricky to get into if you're approaching from Route 28 so best bet is from Main St. off Route 93 (Exit 2) or from Tuscan Village itself (although it can be done - just pay attention when making the left turn!)

There are portapotties on the trail in Windham and Derry

As is customary we will stop for coffee and refreshments on the return portion of the ride.

Helmets are required. Tail light or blinker recommended.  Also, bring a spare tube and a water bottle.
