You're invited to join us as we bike along the former Amesbury-Salisbury branch of the Eastern Railroad dating back to 1848.  We'll be biking mostly through wooded areas to the Seabrook NH - Salisbury line and then south through saltmarsh to the Newburyport town line and the Merrimack River.  Come learn why this was also called the Ghost Line and enjoy some magnificent scenery.  This trail is approx 14 miles round-trip, with both paved and unpaved portions.  Suitable for all bikes.

Meet at Heritage Park parking lot, 20 Water St. Amesbury near downtown Amesbury.  Look for the orange Subaru CrossTrek. 

Helmets are required. Tail light or blinker recommended.  Also, bring a spare tube and a water bottle.
