The Tri-Community Greenway runs through Stoneham, Woburn and Winchester MA.  We will be biking from Stoneham to Wedgemere Station portion of the trail. This is a PAVED trail, approximately  12 miles round trip with short on road (quiet side streets) portions that skirts the Aberjona River and runs through mostly residential neighbourhoods and downtown Winchester and terminates at the Wedgemere commuter rail station on the Arlington line. We can continue on for about another mile to  the Mystic lake dam and look for eagles who frequently hang out there. We'll stop in downtown Winchester for coffee and pastries on the return leg. 

Helmets are required. Tail light or blinker recommended.  Also, bring a spare tube and a water bottle.
