Join Joe M, Mary W and Alan U for a short (approx 10 miles) bike ride on the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail from Chelmsford Centre southwards to about the Westford/Acton town line.  We will then head for lunch in Chelmsford (venue TBA)

REMEMBER: Helmets are required. Water bottle, tail light and spare tube recommended.
