Our Summer Picnic is back. There will be a catered BBQ luncheon including ribs, chicken, pulled pork, mac n’ cheese, grilled veggies, baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, corn bread, lemonade, and condiments. Options for vegan/ gluten free are available (make selections when you register). The cost is $35.00 per person and you must register to attend. 

BYOB (beer and wine only) and if you want to also bring munchies, goodies, or a dessert to share, so much the better!

Picnic is on. We will again be using the large pavilion with about 20 picnic tables sheltered from the elements.

The park has walking trails and a lake for swimming plus boat and canoe rental. Also if you would like to play some lawn games, please bring your favorite ones with you.

In regard to COVID-19, it is the club’s expectation that all attendees will have been fully vaccinated prior to the picnic. If this is not the case, you will need to continue to wear a mask (except while eating) and keep a 6-foot physical distance for the duration of the event. We appreciate your support for these continued prevention measures and hope you understand our concerns. The safety and comfort of our members is our highest priority.

A bike ride on the Bruce Freeman Bike Trail will precede the picnic and is being planned by Paul & Linda.

A golf outing will precede the picnic and is being planned by Beverly C.
