Seven cyclists rode the East Bay Bike Path to Colt State Park for a picnic. It was a perfect day to welcome fall on Rhode Island’s most scenic greenway. Except for two bridges being restored, the trail has been entirely resurfaced and offers a sweet ride the entire distance from Fort Hill in East Providence to Independence Park in Bristol.
