It was a great day for a bike ride. Not too hot, not too humid, a gentle breeze to keep us cool. 11 TOHG members met in Nashua and 1 in Pepperell to bike 25 miles round trip. Along the way we saw fields with corn growing, horse corrals, marshes and of course the Nashua River.
We stopped at trails’ end in downtown Ayer for coffee and watched MBTA commuter trains as well as freight trains coming and going right across the street from us. Coffee and a bite to eat we headed north and grabbed a picture in Groton.
