Nine happy bikers met at the Londonderry Bike Trail on a beautiful day. After a little kerfuffle when two showed up at the wrong meeting spot with a number of phone calls we finally all met. Me with no sense of direction, handed off the calls to Al G who guided them to us.
What did we do without cell phones? The sun was hot, but we rode mostly in the shade with no humidity! We took a picture in front of a body of water filled with blooming lily pads. It is a lovely trail to bike along.
Heading back to the cars, we stopped at Poor Boys Restaurant for a nice lunch and a lot of talking. That waitress was a very hardworking girl, flitting from one table to another, yet we got very good service - separate checks, changes of orders, splitting of orders, extra waters delivered- all with a smile!
Then, back to the cars all going off in different directions to our homes.
